Rehab sport/functional gymnastics is a range of exercise aimed at people with chronic, treated or postoperative conditions, among others.
The course begins with a light cardiovascular workout that activates the metabolism and stimulates breathing. The functional gymnastics that follow are based entirely on the individual needs of the participants. In a gentle way, the preservation and development of the entire musculature is supported. You will feel healthier and fitter.
