Proper posture is critical to the health of our backs. In addition, the back must remain in motion so that the back muscles are evenly stressed and the intervertebral discs can nourish themselves sufficiently. In our back fitness courses, your back muscles are mobilized and strengthened in a targeted manner through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises without and with additional equipment (including pezzi balls, therabands). Muscular imbalances and one-sided everyday stresses are balanced. With regular training, you can fight or prevent back pain. You’ll feel more flexible, upright and comfortable.
