Comfortable clothes in which you can move well. Stopper socks for your children.

We have a painting street ready for your offspring to get creative on, as long as you take part in the taster course. A course instructor will look after your child during the course.
Pre-registration is not necessary, but we ask for your understanding that a maximum of 10 children with one parent can participate in the parent-child gymnastics and a maximum of 15 children or adults in the fitness and yoga classes.
