An aerobic part to start the class activates your metabolism, gets breathing, heart and circulation going. Carbohydrate and fat burning is stimulated. Subsequent strengthening exercises tone abdominal, leg and gluteal muscles. Problem zones disappear, you feel powerful and enjoy a better body feeling. Training is done with and without small equipment (e.g. theraband, pezzi ball, dumbbells). The course is designed for all age groups.
