- Fit with Baby – Combines a pelvic floor-friendly cardio workout with strengthening exercises adapted to your needs as a mommy. An effective workout for the whole body where your baby can join in as he or she pleases! Always on Wednesdays and Fridays 9.15 am.
- Pilates with Baby – Calm and steady strengthening exercises for deep muscles shape your silhouette and make you feel good about your body. Always on Tuesdays 9:45 am and Fridays 10:30 am. Also possible online.
- Delfi® – With songs, petting and movement games, material discoveries and crawling stretches, we accompany you and your baby through the first year of life. You can look forward to undivided time with your baby and sharing with other mommies! More info here!
