In order to give all mothers the opportunity to feel completely sporty and comfortable after delivery, we offer an Abs, Buns and Thighs course as well as a Zumba / BBP course additionally to Sporty with Baby and Zumba with Baby, where you can just bring your kids. The courses are tagged * in the course plan. Participants without children are also welcome anytime.
With special strengthening exercises you train abs, buns and thighs in the afore-mentioned courses. The tightening up of the tissue and fat reduction are in the foreground here. It is trained with or without small equipment (among others Thera band, Pezzi ball, dumb bells).
