Children’s Yoga

Playful Yoga makes children more flexible, strengthens muscles and improves body perception. Concentration and spiritual vigour are raised. Children learn to unwind and come to rest. They practise balance for themselves and the environment. With children’s Yoga they experience mindfulness and appreciation for themselves and others.

What is required:

  • comfortable clothing for your child
  • non-slip socks or shoes with thin sole
  • possibly a drinking bottle
